The course structure is based on the
proven and highly effective didactic model of Experimential Learning developed by David Kolb.

During the course of this multi-module seminar, managers are able to learn and practice all of the necessary skills in order to take the steps towards true leadership.
These proven models have been continuously developed for over a decade and are designed to be immediately implemented and practiced in the workplace
Practical Case Studies and Video Feedback
The course is structured in a way that ensures that the participants are challenged, inspired and intrigued regardless of their previous experience. Using a wide range of different media and approaches, the participants embark on the road to true leadership step by step. Some of the learning strategies used are: case work on real cases, peer-to-peer coaching, analysis of leadership situations from movies, simulations of leadership situations, video feedback, group work, learning buddies, individual reflection, coaching and blended learning through online video input.
Supportive Virtual Coaching
The virtual coaching that I conduct with every participant in between the modules is a key element to ensure that the skills learned in the training are implemented effectively in the workplace.
Additional Workshops
When necessary I conduct Team Development and Team Strategy workshops with selected participants and their teams in order to support them in implementing new and more effective ways of working.
